Shelleyn Garcia, CPA – Managing Member

​

Shelleyn is both a Tax Manager and Audit Manager at our firm. From the most basic aspects of the business to the most complicated projects, Shelleyn brings value to all levels of the business. She has a unique blend of audit, tax, and bookkeeping experience and leads our team in many diverse projects to meet our client’s needs. She is a 3rd generation Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas. She has been immersed in the industry since a very young age, assisting her family firm with reception, data organization and payroll processing. Throughout college, she continued working for small CPA firms in DFW. Working for small family-owned accounting firms, it was instilled in her to prioritize client requests and communication, putting client’s needs at the forefront. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in accounting, she was recruited by an audit firm in Plano. A few years went by when she began working remotely for her family and decided it was time to open an office in McKinney.

Shelleyn excels in blending our firm into a cohesive team. She flows between audit, tax, and bookkeeping on a daily basis. She loves to travel and spend time with her husband and three children.

 

Shelleyn is a graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s in accounting.  She was licensed in the state of Texas as a CPA in 2000. She is a member of both the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
