Diane Fox, CPA – Managing Member

​

Diane Fox is an Audit Manager at our firm, serving clients in various industries with attestation needs including reviews, agreed upon procedures, and compliance audits. She has extensive experience in the HUD and RD industry for compliance audits under Government Auditing Standards. Being a CPA became Diane’s dream when she was 6 years old after her father obtained his license. She started working in his firm at a young age and grew into her first bookkeeping responsibilities when she was only 16 years old. Tax preparation was the main service provided for many years, but in 1996 a small auditing section was added to the family business. Diane headed up that new service, and attestation services grew to be her area of expertise and is now a major portion of our firm. With a background in tax preparation and bookkeeping, she continues to blend in with our team to provide support and experience in those fields.

 

She has never lost her love for accounting. Diane excels at the building blocks of accounting and research. She has been known to spend hours researching paths that will benefit the clients and always strives to go the extra mile. The only things she loves more than accounting is Jesus and family. Diane and her high school sweetheart, Dwain, are blessed with three wonderful children and five grandchildren. Diane loves to read, write, and study the serious questions of life. Of course, she’s always interested in doing fun things that make the grandkids smile and laugh.

Diane graduated from the University of Texas of the Permian Basis in 1988 with a bachelor’s in accounting and information Systems. She was licensed in the state of Texas as a CPA in 1990 and later obtained a reciprocal license from the state of New Mexico. She is a member of both the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
